If you have a product that you require a warranty claim for, please fill in our online RA "Return Authority" request form.
Once you have filled in the form our warranty / service staff will reply to you in an e-mail outlining your return number, return policy and procedures.
This form can be found be clicking the “service & support” link at the top centre of our website.
Once the page reloads click the link for “Return Authority / Warranty Claims”.
Please Note: You will need to be logged into our website to complete in the RA form.
